On the afternoon of July 9, Hengda Group held the mid-2021 working meeting. More than 60 middle and senior managers of the group headquarters and real estate companies and senior managers of non-real estate companies attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Zhang Hao, executive president of real estate, reported the completion of the main business indicators of the group and real estate companies in the first half of the year;

President Wang Zhenfeng summarized the work of the group in the first half of the year and arranged the main work in the second half of the year. President Wang asked everyone to establish the idea of "a game of chess for the overall situation", focus on the goal and take multiple measures to ensure the successful completion of the tasks of the whole year;

Finally, Li Dongfa, founder of the Group, made an important speech and put forward three requirements. First, there is no excuse for not completing the task. 2021 is the key year to achieving the 10 billion strategic goal. All departments and units, especially the marketing team, should have the courage of "reborn", build a team with wolf spirit, maintain a good working state, and solve work problems with "understanding thinking"; Second, all functional departments of the Group shall establish a sense of active service, strengthen business guidance and support for each company, and help solve practical difficulties in project development and operation. Managers at all levels should be responsible, not prevaricate, and effectively improve work efficiency. Third, it is necessary to benchmark advanced enterprises and do a good job in service. We should learn from the experience of advanced enterprises in other industries in how to love employees and how employees serve customers, constantly improve the recognition, satisfaction and loyalty of customers and owners, and realize the self transcendence of the group. In the meantime, we should create a good working atmosphere for employees, achieve "love and righteousness", and constantly improve employees' sense of acquisition and happiness. President Li said with confidence that as long as the group works together, fights with difficulties and works hard, we will be able to achieve all work objectives in 2021!
