On the morning of April 30th, Zhao Wenfeng, member of the Standing Committee of Xuchang Municipal Party Committee and Executive Deputy Mayor, Meng Tingxiu, Director of Xuchang Emergency Management Bureau and Yin Qun'an, deputy director of Xuchang Housing and Urban-rural Construction Bureau, and other leaders came to the Hengda Heyuan project site to investigate the quality and safety standardization work of the construction site.
