On the afternoon of January 10th, Hengda Group Headquarters held a kick-off meeting for 2021. Heads of 12 functional departments of the group headquarters and more than 20 senior managers of the group headquarters attended the meeting.

At the meeting, the heads of functional departments reported the work plans of their departments in 2021 respectively, and the senior managers in charge supplemented the work plans of their departments. Subsequently, Li Dongfa, the founder of the Group, analyzed the work plans and key tasks of each department one by one around the Group's annual operating indicators, and pointed out the direction for the work of each department in 2021. Li Dongfa emphasized that whether the work tasks can be completed in 2021 is a crucial year for our strategic goal of 10 billion yuan to be finally realized. Our managers at all levels should use their brains carefully, find ways to complete the work tasks, and actively cooperate with and guide the project companies to do a good job in project development. Wang Zhenfeng, president of the group, asked everyone to carefully study and understand the spirit of Li Dongfa, founder of the group after the meeting. On the premise of clear work objectives, each department should give full play to its functions in business, management and control, and service, clarify its functional boundaries, and further deepen and refine the work arrangement to ensure the implementation of the work plan.
